Phil has been making people think, learn and laugh since 1974 when he performed his first stand-up comedy routine to help him get
over his shyness. He spent 9 years attending college and graduate school to understand the theories of management, psychology
and organizational behavior before landing his first job as the Director of Corporate and Management Development at one of the nation’s
largest thrift institutions. In 1984, Phil left the bank and formed Performance Mastery Institute. The goal was to create a
consulting firm committed to practical solutions for clients that are implemented by a team of very experienced senior consultants.
After more than a quarter century, that goal has been realized time and time again for our clients. Phil brings several skills to
our team. His unique teaching methods – combining easy-to-apply techniques with humor – have earned him a national reputation.
Peter brings an extensive resume to PMI. He has managed three of the country’s largest mortgage servicing operations, significantly
improving the effectiveness of each. He prides himself in being able to lead massive change to a positive conclusion.
His first servicing operation was the former Goldome Realty Credit operation in Buffalo, N.Y. During his tenure, he converted
the traditional bank servicing operation into a mortgage banking operation. He grew that operation fivefold to over 230,000 loans
and doubled its productivity. He also oversaw a two billion dollar commercial servicing operation.
Susan is a 25-year veteran of the mortgage industry, and specializes in assisting mortgage lenders with the design and implementation
of proper structure and controls for their residential lending operations. Her strong analytical skills, combined with her extensive
residential underwriting and risk management experience, enable her to proactively identify potential issues and formulate solutions
to optimize employee productivity and process flow efficiencies. Susan also has a wealth of experience in portfolio credit risk analysis,
including, but not limited to, concentration tracking, credit attribute and product use monitoring and risk layer analysis. This combination
of aggregate and individual file level review experience uniquely qualifies her to identify issues and trends and formulate workable
solutions for same.
