We developed our company, our team and our philosophy as a response to our decades of actual experience as managers and executives.
Quite frankly, PMI was initially formed out of our frustration with the "consultants" that were paraded in and out of the organizations
where we worked. So many times, these prominent firms came in and took months of our time and hundreds of thousands of our dollars,
without adding any real value to our departments or our companies. Most of the time, the actual on-site consultants were recent college
or MBA graduates and we had to spend countless hours teaching them our business. Then, they'd leave us with long "to-do lists" and
hand us volumes of "recommendations." BUT, when all was said and done, our internal management teams and staffs were left to do the
implementations. In addition, we didn't like the consultants' arrogance and presumption of "superiority" that discounted our experiences
and successes.
During the evolution of every successful organization, there are times when it makes good business sense to seek help from those with
