Most organizations do an excellent job of setting, measuring and enforcing standards for Divisions and individual Departments. However,
they don't do a good job of really tracking and measuring the performance and productivity of individual workers. In nearly every
department we visit, there are wide variations in the productivity from one employee to another. When these discrepancies
are brought to Supervisor's or Manager's attention, they rationalize it by pointing out the minor job differences between them. Quite
frankly, when we use "PMI Track" to really measure the employee's true productivity, we discover, in nearly every case, that,
even when you account for the differences, the productivity losses amount to tens of thousands of dollars every month. More important,
once the Supervisors and the Employees have a clear understanding of their individual standards and expectations, productivity
